Lake Notes:  Lake Athabasca is a fly-in lake.  Max depth of 407 ft., avg. depth of 66 ft.  Lake Athabasca is 230 miles long with a max width of 31 miles.  At 230 miles long it ranks as North America’s 9th largest lake.  Lake Athabasca holds the world record lake trout catch of 101 lbs.
